Real estate data is inherently dynamic. Market conditions, prices, and property information change frequently. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your sole risk.
The Company does not guarantee any uptime, availability, or response time for the Service. The Service may experience downtime, degraded performance, or complete unavailability due to factors including but not limited to:
The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from any Service interruption, downtime, or unavailability, regardless of how long the interruption lasts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In any case, the Company's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
Real estate market data, property prices, rental rates, neighborhood scores, school ratings, and flood risk information provided through the Service are sourced from third-party data providers and are offered for informational purposes only. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data. You are solely responsible for verifying any data before using it in investment decisions, mortgage applications, commercial applications, or any other context where inaccuracy could cause harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms.
By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Plan limits (calls per month) reset at the start of each calendar month and unused quota does not roll over. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. The Company does not store full payment card details. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your data) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Company's trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9.
